This company took $1200 ($800 for the original purchase and $400 for "additional hardware needed") for a product they were going to "custom build." I included a picture of the product that the company sent to me while they were working on it. They never delivered the product and have made several promises to refund my money. They are now ignoring my messages after saying very rude things. This has been going on for almost 2 years.
