I placed an order which contained items intended as Christmas gifts on 12/19 and immediately realized that the shipping address was incorrect (I paid with Paypal and they picked up my Paypal shipping address, which is my home address, I'm at my in-laws for the holidays). I used live chat to try to get the address corrected, and was reassured that it will be and I will get a confirmation email within 48 hrs. No email, so this time I emailed them the morning on 12/22. Got an automated response that they are behind on their emails. The evening of 12/22 I received an email that my order has shipped. Chatted again, of course the address was never changed, it shipped to my home address. But, the rep reassured me that it will all be corrected and shipped to the in-laws address, and I will get a confirmation within 0-24 hrs. I gave it about 10 hrs, and tried live chat again. This time the rep told me that the order was reshipped, except the address that was used is a weird combo of my home address and an address in MO I've never heard of. And now the only thing I can do is place another order (!), which will not get to me by Christmas. No supervisor to be found, no phone support. The best they can come up with is "I will forward your account information and this problem to our Higher Level executives and they will look in to this and resolve the problem. They will contact you via email." and, of course, no one contacts you. Just awful! I will never do business with Snapfish again. They are fine as far as products (nothing spectacular, just fine), but god forbid you have even a minor issue that needs to be resolved (how hard is it to change an address on an order that was just placed?). Buyer beware!
