I've ordered from adore me twice now. These experience was great, but the second experience was not. I ordered two brought and panty sets and picked out the expedited shipping that said it would be here the next day. I paid an extra $20 just for that. I was purchasing this lingerie for a boot or shoe and I needed it the next day and that is why I chose this expedited shipping. After placing my order I went to my email on it then said it wouldn't be here until three days after I placed the order when I check out it said it would be there the next day which is March 3. It didn't end up arriving tell March 6 when the boot or shoe had already passed. I reached out through email and over the phone and no one could help me. The lady that I spoke with even said the website is misleading but she could not refund me for the $20 I had paid. Very misleading!

By taking a look into your account, we could see that your order # 301981337 was placed on March 2nd and shipped from our warehouse the next day, on March 3rd.

Furthermore, you have paid for Next Day Air expedited shipping, which means a 1 business day delivery. As stated on our website, delivery times do not take into consideration our 1-2 business days processing time at the warehouse, and therefore the delivery time runs from the moment that the order gets shipped from the warehouse.

As we can see on the UPS website, your order got delivered on March 6th, within 1 business day from the shipping date.
However, as is never out intention to create inconveniences for our customers, due to the unfortunate misunderstanding related to the estimated delivery time shown at Checkout, we have already refunded the expedited shipping fee paid.

We apologize for any misunderstandings or inconveniences caused. We will also inform our technical team about these inconsistencies in the delivery intervals and make sure to address them as soon as possible.

Furthermore, we truly hope you will be enjoying the sets purchased and that you will give us once again the chance to prove that beside quality garments, we can also offer matching quality services.
