I ordered a product that got put on backorder, which was disappointing, but I was very pleased with EntirelyPet's customer service. They notified me within just a few hours of me placing the order and gave me several options of how I wanted to proceed. The wait didn't end up being that long so I just got the product a bit later than expected, but I was still impressed with the effort the put forth. I'll definitely be a return shopper.
