Several time, they made mistake to send my record to insurance company and it got rejected. They told me in the middle of my work, when I had no choice but to continue my work, otherwise my tooth would be in serious danger. Even though they accepted their mistake, I payed it out-of-pocket. Then after 6 month they called me again to pay more for finishing my work. When I asked them why they called me after 6 months, they told me it's not a right question and we don't need to explain that to you. Instead of explaining this over the phone, they always asked me to go there and talk to them in order to persuade me to pay for their stupid mistakes.
