I have been an on and off customer of Ebonyline for years and if I'm being completely honest... the customer service is poor and the accountability when mistakes are made is lacking. I enjoy the fact that they offer so many products I love... but I disagree with how they treat their customers. In the past... I have had the misfortune of dealing with ladies there who were rude and down right nasty which is unfortunate.
I stopped ordering my hair products from them for almost 2 years and now I'm back and still face issues. However... Larissa has been so helpful and took the time to provide me great service with a positive and friendly attitude... something I'm not used to with them. Immediately after emailing her my inquiries, she responded promptly and thoroughly. People like Larissa are capable of rescuing the reputation of businesses like Ebonyline/ Ione and I hope more Larissas will spring up to salvage the dignity and integrity of this company. Thank you Larissa for making my experience back at Ebonyline much more pleasant!
