One of my worst banking experiences. I had a standing order set up with them and went into the branch to cancel it once I no longer needed to make the monthly payment. I spent ages there writing a letter, filling out papers, etc. only to find out that they didn't cancel it and took the money out of my account the following month. I immediately went to the bank to complain and they basically told me, "Sorry, it's already been transferred, so the money is gone." I filed a complaint, once again tried to cancel it only for the same thing to happen again the following month. These transfers were $2000 each, so I ended up losing $4000 that I was never able to recoup. Needless to say, I closed my accounts with them.

The earrings I bought were unique and beautiful. There are so many nice items that I can't decide which ones I want next. Highly recommended retailer!
