I purchased three Garden figures for my niece's shower. I discovered the Alice figure was broken and was very thin. I contacted them and they said all they could offer was free shipping. Didn't even ask me to send them a picture of the broken item.
I received this trunk back in May. It came broken and extremely cheaply made. The item is extremely large and the box arrived broken so I was unable to return it without a UPS pickup. Basically I lost all my money
