I ordered a part on 7/13/20. Nowhere on the site did it say the part was not in stock. From 7/14 on (it is now 8/10) the site says it will ship in 3 days. Finally, on 7/30 I received an email (this is after 3 calls on my part getting the runaround and a letter sent to their office) saying the part would not be available until 9/5. Now that is bad enough, but the real kicker is that they have already charged my account for this part which they have no intention of delivering for close to another month! Before deciding to use SearsPartsDirect, think about all those facts.
