I have been trying to get my refund of $196.78 for over 7 months. I have gotten the same excuse time and time again that their refund system is really slow. What a joke. I have been going back and forth for months with e-mails and still as of November 2,2017 I do not have my refund. I have tried calling but it only allows you to leave a message. They do not call back. I would never recommend ordering or doing any kind of business with them.
