My daughter placed an order on April 18,2020; they charged her account on April 20,2020. After several attempts to reach them, via email and unanswered voice messages, she received a message that the delay was due to covid and she should be receiving her product soon. Still nothing. This is unconscionable. Don't "buy" anything from this company unless you feel like tossing your money out the window!
My daughter placed an order in early April 2020 and still has not received the product. After several attempts to contact them she received an email on 9/18 stating that her "package was lost in the mail". They are sorry and will reship this order and "I will see that the processing is prioritized." HA. Over 6 weeks later and still nothing. Don't waste your money. Apparently this company makes money by charging you for product that is never delivered!
