If I could give them a zero I would. I had ordered a cabinet for my hallway, and after a few days I saw another on their site that I preferred. Looking at my order, the cabinet was not supposed to arrive until late March, so I canceled over a month in advance, with the intent to purchase another unit at a higher price. When I cancelled it said they needed to review my cancellation, and the next day I got an email that said I couldn't cancel because the unit had already shipped. While I found that rather suspect, I wrote back and explained I was cancelling in order to purchase something else, could they stop the shipment. Well they stopped the shipment and charged me a $132 return fee! They did not inform me that would happen, had I known I would have taken the shipment, sold the unit or used it somewhere else in the house and still bought the other unit. I called and explained this to customer service and then to a supervisor- and no way they would give me back the $132. I asked if $132 was really worth them losing a customer for life and apparently it is... I am used to the Nordstrom type of customer service, not the milk them for everything we can kind of customer service. I will never do business with them or their affiliates again.
