In my opinion it's too confusing with the "discount dollars"... I have all these "discount dollars" but they aren't valid for any of the items I want. Somewhere you should be able to access ONLY those items that you can use the discount dollars for...

Hi Nancy! If the merchant who sells the product you love takes credits, the product's price will be adjusted automatically at checkout. You don't need to enter a Coupon Code or anything. If the merchant doesn't accept Credits, the product price will appear in black, but you can always click on the product to be sure the price isn't adjusted. (Any applicable discounts will be listed on the side of the listing.) Please keep in mind that each merchant who participates in our Credit Events decides the specific percentage of their products' prices that can be covered by Credits. You can see this on the itemized savings details.
