The things I received were exactly as pictured, the sizes were perfect, and it was of good quality

I found this company through Home Advisors, called Prosperity Landscaping and Tree Service, owned by
Don Ballez. I received an estimate that was 1/2 of the others I had dealt with. They came on time, got the job done in 1 day, many workers, no fancy trucks or equipment but they did a thorough and beautiful job. I had dead branches removed from a huge weeping birch, a large weeping Mulberry tree trimmed, 2 large Aspen trees cut down, ALL stumps removed from the property. Then they went around the entire house, trimming and removing dead branches from everything. They cleaned up every scrap of debris. A job well done!
The oldest taffy shop around, in Estes Park, I used to drive up there from Denver just to buy their taffy, now I order it online. I love the salted caramel, each piece has a small nugget of rock salt in the middle.
Tip for consumers:
You can trust them, very important.
Amazon always comes through, I do not have to worry about any purchases with my Prime account, I have never had an issue with ordering or returning any items with Prime membership
I love watching a movie and eating lunch or dinner, that's what I do at home. Alamo's food is fairly good, service was good also
Macy's website for my Macy's American Express credit card is really awful!
Some thief was able to obtain my password and order clothes online, however Macy's did call me to check on it, since the address was wrong, and they did not let the order go through. There is no place on their website to " sign in ", and after I found the correct website, I couldn't find what my balance was or when the payment was due. The screen kept freezing too, and it wasn't my computer... The quality of their clothing has improved but there are still some flimsy cheap garments on their websites, and I rely on the reviews from other customers to choose
I was charged $18.99 for shipping, even though you said " free shipping"
I returned 2 items, ( I have the receipt from USPS)... they said on July 26th that the refund would arrive within 20 days. It is now October 9, and NO refund yet. When I write in my order number, their excuse is that " it's the wrong order number" so that they can keep my money. I ordered from them twice, and I am ( again) giving them both order numbers. They will respond with " sorry you are having trouble, your refund will be posted to your credit card "... but where is it?
This company owes me $61.00, I returned a skirt and dress to them for refund, on
July 12, and they say repeatedly, " Your refund is being deposited to your credit card" but so far, as of September 2, it has not arrived. They say I received the refund on July 22, but is NOT here yet. The items I returned were of very cheap thin fabric, and entirely too small, not at all like the picture.
Do not order from this company, you will regret it.
