Trying to reach anyone at customer service is impossible! I made a one-time purchase and was then automatically billed as a subscription without my knowledge. I kept the second shipment and attempted to cancel the subscription and was unable to connect with anyone. After receiving the third order, I was finally able to reach someone. When I returned the item they provided only a partial refund and they refuse to answer my emails inquiring where the rest of my refund is. Instead I receive automated responses stating how to cancel my order, which doesn't work anyway. Sadly, seeing previous issues/reviews suggest this has been happening for years!
