Great shopping experiences! They have great items, and i love the student discounts, although i realized that they increase their price quite often :( the shipment length is decent, remembering that i live in the States. The live chat people are not as helpful as their competitors, but i give that a plus for having that service. One of my requests would be the sale, and more discounts please!

Foods are delicious. However, they are extremely expensive! Double its competitor who are also considered expensive. I was on jenny craig for few months, it worked, but very slow. And after certain point, it stopped losing weight, so i switched to the other brand that actually work better and faster for me.

The diet works for me. Food are expensive and NOT delicious at all. I usually bought the on-the-go as i was too busy to cook. High in sugar that got me easily cranked up and felt hungry after few hours. Other diet bars i got from Walgreens worked better for me in terms of losing weight, handling hunger for long hours, more delicious, and got me in better mood, also more friendly for my pocket :p i will stop using medifast after this month and switch to other brand.

They have some cute stuffs. Customer Service are excellent. However, they are extremely overpriced in my opinion. You can find some of their items at other store with lower prices!

Items does not look/feel as good as the image, so beware! I used to shop a lot from them at one point, and returned most of them with disappointment. I have since stopped buying anything from them. I agree when someone mentioned that their style is very slutty. The price point is also very high considering the disappointment i received. The customer service is just okay, they are responsive, although sometimes could take forever to reply. Not sure how it is now, as I have never shop there anymore.

Low quality, took forever to ship and process. Disappointed with most items i received. Complicated and not free return process, so I have to keep the items at the end, as it does not worth all the fuss and price for return shipment to china. No contact number to call. Live Chat does NOT work at all. Some items received are NOT in good condition, such as stains, buttons fell off, etc. tracking details might not updated some of the times.
I still gave them 2 stars, because at least they still responsive to emails and have good customer service. The prices of the items are ok too, however, i would not really recommend, as I got disappointed to most of them.

I am not going back to this store. This is a scam. Other than they do not have phone number to contact, I also figured so many times that they increase their price very often, and looked very covered, almost invisible. So some of the prices on their item's page was cheaper, but the prices changed and increases in checkout cart. Not many people would notice this, so beware! This company seems like they have some misleading motives behind it, i'd rather stay away.

They have great selection of clothes. I have only ordered once from them, and was not happy with the product and shipping process. Tracking updates did not work, I waited for 3 weeks for my items to arrive, and the quality is very disappointing too. Customer service was responsive though, but i doubt that i will come back, returned the item.

I will not go back to this website. My worst online shopping experience! So I ordered 2 items, they promised me that I can receive it by December 24. It didnt, and did not shipped after 3 processing days. Suddenly, they told me that one of the item has been cancelled. When I received the other item, it was in wrong size. I was asking if they can do anything for the whole inconvenience, all they do is refund my shipping only. I am extremely disappointed, I do not recommend and will not go back here!

STAY AWAY whenever possible! I have many orders online, and most of the stores used UPS. The delivery guys are EXTREMELY LAZY! They did not put any effort at all to get them delivered. I need the item urgently, and I left my phone number at the door, i gave the door code, and I was actually at home the whole day. They could not be bothered to try to call or at least to get in, and just left notification just right next to my note of my phone number. I am very very disappointed!

Agreed with the other 2 reviewers. Shipping took forever. Was disappointed too. They do not accept returns too. The stitching and constructions were poorly executed, i am embarrassed to wear whatever i bought from them, so now they just hanging in my closet. Really disappointed and i would not buy from them again, and would not recommend it.
