It takes over 10 business days to get an order. Manager and customer service over the phone only read u policies to avoid helping you. Been waiting now over 3 weeks for a phone call back.
Most of my ordered were lost, and they refuse to give me a refund, although the tracking show lost!
They said I need to wait another 2 weeks (after waiting 2 weeks for the package) to see if maybe they be able to find it...
Needle to say I called my Amex for a chargeback.
