Even after waiting a long time, I was not matched with a listener. What a disappointment. I have tried on different times of the day and am still met with seemingly endless waiting.

A lot of the listeners on this site are really rude and not helpful, some have a habit of disconnecting if you do not respond in a minute. Reporting people seems to do nothing because I will match with the same person I have reported. There should be an algorithm that blocks the person you have reported. I had one listener call me dumb because I had was have creative block. Another common thing is the listener will ask, "do you have someone to talk to?"... well that is why I am on this platform. There are some listeners are trolls. It is not a great place to seek out if you are actually in a mood (if you had a bad day at work). This site also seems to attract a younger crowd of listeners. For instance, someone in their mid to late 20s would not be a good match for this site. There are listeners that meet that age range but that is a rarity. Mostly its people in their early to mid teens. The site can disconnect randomly, this has not been fixed.
