I purchased 3 of the custom aluminum luggage tags and the wire attachment would not fit through the slit. I contacted the customer service department the same day it was shipped to inform of the problem. The gentleman went back and forth with me as if i were lying about the defect. He even asked for a picture to show that it wasn't working. After i sent the picture he said that it looked fine to him and basically dismissed everything I told him. This is bad customer service and a slap in the face when it comes to customer service. How in the hell can you tell a customer that a product is working fine if they are clearly telling you that it isn't. Needless to say my tags are now all scratched up from me trying to force the wire attachment through the too small slot that still dont fit and no thanks or help from the sellers at Quality. Buyer Beware
