I moved out of a house and called to find out if I should pay the bill since it was due and I was moving a couple of weeks later. Of course they said pay it (and from personal experience they would have sent it to collections with NO NOTIFICATION if I didn't), so I did. I called to ask what I needed to do to get a refund and they said to send a final bill of another utility company to them via email, which I did. I called back one month later and was told that I would be contacted by someone about it and no one contacted me. So today, 3 months later, I call again and was told that there is no evidence that I called initially and where I sent the email was for owners, not for tenants so that was a lie. To say I never called was BS because I called to transfer the service from one address to the new one. Granted it's not a lot of money but these people just string you along and tell you BS. If I didn't have to have my trash picked up, I would quit these people in a second. They just have you by the balls!

If you can send me an email with your order number or the product ordered so that I can further look into that. If your order was cancelled then the item would no longer be available and on manufacture backorder with no soon expected date so it should be removed from the site as well.
