This is around the 4th time i've ordered from Indian Wedding Saree, and every time, they never fail to dissappoint. The shipments are never on time and I've missed having my new clothes to wear for holidays like Eid or weddings multiple times now. Never ordering here again; always going to choose Utsav.

“I agree My items were supposed to ship this week. I have spoken to 4 different reps no one can give me an update bc we are opposite timings and nobody communicates. Customer service is poor and so is delivery. Go elsewhere like cbazaar or utsav.”

We are particularly concerned about the delay in delivery of the product you ordered with us.
We always try our best to deliver the product within the stipulated time. Sometime, the product is out of stock or the product fails in QC, leading to delay. As a policy we inform our customers about the same and sent you email as well with the new delivery schedule.
