So far I have been using Dearlover for the last year. The quality of their clothes are way better than the quality of other Chinese sites like Moonosa for example, which will send terrible quality clothes. So I really like the quality.The payments on Dearlover are confirmed fast and the packages are shipped out fast. So that's another thing that I truly like. The only thing I don't like are the expensive shipping costs, which are way too high. I think they add on to the shipping to gain more money, which is not fair

I'm sorry but I did not have a good experience with Moonosa. First of all it took a couple of days for them to confirm my payment. Afterwards I received a message that some items were out of stock. So I had to search for other items to be replaced. Then it took another couple of days for them to confirm the replaced items. After a while my order appeared as shipped, but I never received a tracking number. It took 2 emails and another couple of days later to receive the tracking numbers. When the package finally arrived there was 1 item missing, which had been crossed marked on an order sheet inside the envelope. So they knew up front that this item was not in stock, yet never mentioned that to me. This is my 3rd day of emailing them asking for the missing item that was paid for. No response. Worst customer service ever!
