I ordered flowers online on a Monday for almost $80 to be delivered that Thursday to celebrate a happy occasion taking place on THURS. The order never came. I received an email claiming they could not find the address and requested a phone number. I responded immediately with the same number I already provided with my order so they should have had that. I called SendFlowers as well to get the information sent to the florist quicker. They put me on hold for a half hour and then came back saying they spoke with the florist and they're closed now. They would not provide the name of the florist so I could go and pick up the flowers myself (depsite paying almost $15 for a delivery fee). After being on the phone for over an HOUR, they offered to refund my money. WOW, what an offer! The recipient never received their gift of flowers and I will NEVER order from this site again. First and last time!

ORDER ELSEWHERE!!!

I would give zero stars if possible. I placed an order online. EIGHT days later I receive an email saying "Good news, your order has been returned!" I never even received my order let alone returned it. I contacted customer service, spent 20+ minutes on the phone with them and all they offered was for ME to replace my order (mind you at this point the items I ordered were no longer available in the size I wanted). No offer for a discount, no offer to reorder the items for me, NOTHING. I will absolutely NOT be shopping at TJMaxx anymore. I have never received such bad customer service ever. It's as if they don't want customers. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!

SO DISAPPOINTED! This was my first time. And last time. Purchasing from this website. I ordered 2 watches and one arrived damaged and not in working order. I contacted customer service asap and their response was to bring it to a watch repair person and pay to have it fixed or pay for shipping to return it. I could not believe this was their response! I allowed them numerous opportunities to provide more appropriate customer service but they refused. Needless to say I will NOT be purchasing from them again and warn others as well. Total waste of my money!
