I have no problem with the website. I have a problem with the fact that the product may not exist. I placed a phone order on 11/16/10. Was going to be charged $69.48. As of December 29th I still hadn't received it. But got a post card in the mail saying it will be another 30 to 45 days to receive it. But is did say my credit card would not be charged until it was shipped. There is really no excuse for any product to take this long. Perhaps it doesn't even exist. My concern is they have my credit card info..
