Products are awesome but delivery companies don't deliver sometimes which is infuriating... customer service is good for replacing items when deliveries claim delivery but they don't

I had bought shampoo which said delivered but company left it in front doors where my whole building has access to
I have RECEIVED A THREATENING EMAIL WITH LEGAL ACTION IF I DONT REMOVE MY REVIEW.
Run away is all I will say.

You have to pay $100 re stocking fee to exchange an item and you have to pay return shipping there and back....yet they have this promise on site that they work with you.....they have no negative feedbacks because they delete them all except the 5 star ones
