On September 10,2009, a sales representative from your company named Daniel sold us 3 blinds that cost us 900$. Delivery time they guaranty was less than 2 weeks. It took more than 5 weeks to receive different material but same model of blinds(the original material that we liked they could not deliver). In all this period of time they NEVER called us to explain the situation. I had to call them after 2 weeks, 4 weeks and finally after 5 weeks to have updates on our order.
I have also to mention that the same blinds were available at Reno-Depot (cheaper than Verti-Store)and Sears.
It is very disappointing the way they treat the customers after they get the down payment(which had to be more than 50%).
