I would've picked 0 star if there was an option. They are one of the worst online shop ever. Do not shop from them! I had to wait for my item for 5 weeks just for the item to be mysteriously "parcel delivered!" but no parcel was actually delivered. Prior to it I had already asked for a refund since the item was not delivered within the time frame but lazada told me to wait another extra week. Dont buy from them! Dont give them that power.
Tip for consumers:
Just dont buy from them. Buy from Shopee instead. Shopee might not be perfect but compare to Lazada, Lazada is WAAAAY worst.
