First vehicle rental was okay, had to call multiple times to locate my vehicle. Second rental was frustrating & annoying, they would call you non-stop. Informed them to email instead, as I couldn't be on my phone while at work but they do not understand a customers request. They also tried to charge money without my consent, not just once but 5 times. Told them not to ask me before that but of course, they do not understand that and I felt very dodgy about the company.
I also felt that the employees aren't up to date with the company's policy. Sadly, the manager himself can't handle/understand a customers issue/complaint. Says one thing over the phone and does another.
Definitely will not be using their service ever again, there are better options out there if you are willing to pay a lil more. Glad I was able to stop myh friends and families from using their service. Only good feature is the app nothing more.
