I purchased a bunch of items online and went out to have it returned right before the 30days. The girl mentioned that I have to send it out. Life happened and got busy, by the time I called it was under 2 weeks. Customer service representative was not willing to even be bothered. I mentioned that I got there before the 30-day policy. He could've made an exception if he wanted to. We hit holiday and it was a matter of a few days.
I will honestly not buy from there anymore. He acted like we were talking about 100s of dollars.
Especially around this time, people want their money back and people buy online. So it should've been extended in first place.
Clothes were horrible fit and sized were off.
