I had ordered a shirt and pair of shorts for my son at college. After the order hadn't shown up for 4 weeks I tried to get in touch with someone. My first concern was no phone number, you can't talk to someone just a keyboard. I was informed that something was off with the address and it wasn't their problem.
After tracking, it arrived somewhere but not where the address said.
Unfortunately we can't help you. Sorry!
Thank you our valued customer for your money. Buy it again and we'll try and get it right this time but you will pay again.
