The person helping me on the phone was GREAT! But I didn't get my full refund I only got 50% which means I won't be a returning customer in the future if I need to rebuild my resume. IF I got my FULL refund I would have TOTALLY come back to this website the next time I needed my resume redone. But you guys lost a customer.
