They love charging service fees without warning or explanation and their customer service is abysmal! They lock you into insanely long contacts without discussion and then dismiss your concerns and questions, and don't answer or return your calls because they don't have to. You're stuck with them. Any of this would be fine if their customer service weren't so bad! And I mean BAD. Do yourself a favor- look elsewhere.
Tip for consumers:
Don't use- there are better alternatives that are more affordable and invested in giving you quality service.
