Why not say up front that the software requires payment before being operational? The website says "Free download". Well, yes, technically, the download process was free. But its certainly not what they knew we would expect. So silly. Just being upfront and honest and straightforward is a much better business plan. This tells me how desperate they are as a company; willing to do/ say anything to trap someone into buying.
