Bought shoes... really bad quality.
Tried to get refund. Seller agreed. But never received. DH Gate dispute resolution did not resolve.

We have checked this order and this was already closed and the dispute was released since the analyst did not receive a valid shipping label from you for the return tracking number. According to the analyst, the shipping label you sent was invalid. Please contact the courier you used when you returned the parcel and request for a valid shipping label.
