“Worst service but great harassers”

Do not get into them. They are not what they used to be. Their customer service is terrible and ineffective. They just apologize and don't act. I had to give up after 2months of haggling to get my refund for their cancellations and lack of service. They just cancel your trips at will. Sham business with cheater as employees.
Avoid them and be safe.

Tip for consumers:
Don't even try to unless you need headaches. It is not about money, they don't provide you service even after that.

I am posting this for the public good, to not be fooled by them.

I don't want to give any rating for this bunch of pathetic people. Google should provide some other rating system to emphasize the negative rating.

For those who look for a reason behind this - Date Ordered: 27/07/2015 for an event on August 1st 2015 (with an assurance for timely delivery); is being shipped on Date: 21 OCT 2015. No response to calls or mails, nor being refunded till date.
