“Fraudulent service”

Please don't waste your time with their service. Its a document preparation service and they don't have a clue about how to write TBD that will help you win the case. They have standard templates and provide no content that is of any relevance to your defense. Again, this is a document preparation service and do not mistake them for a firm that provides any subject matter expertise. Its very easy to get sucked into this big time trap after reading the information posted on their website! I lost the TBD and 3 months later they have still not refunded my money.

This client signed up for our service on 2/23/2018 and he paid an additional $25 to have the documents prepared on (3 to 5 day) expedited basis. We prepared and sent the documents to him on 2/26/2018. We prepare the TBD documents based on information provided by the client. We cannot and do not create facts other than the information provided by the client. We also do not claim in any shape or form that every case will result in a dismissal. Also we offer a money back guarantee if the case is not dismissed. In this case, as stated in the client’s review, he lost the TBD. When we received the verdict from the client and we tried to issue a refund to honor our money back guarantee, we found out that even before the verdict date the client had filed a chargeback with the credit card indicating “service was not rendered”. Once a charge is disputed a simple refund becomes complicated and may take a long time to process. Which was the case in this instant. At any rate, we were able to processs the refund and honor our money back guarantee and the client should see it reflected on the account in a couple of business days.
