"Hello,
Thanks in advance for spending your time. I have had some issues with my electricity company and here are the details: When I switched to this company (5 may 2018), I paid a deposit money. They told me then, that I would receive a check for this money after a month and a half. I contacted them as the time came when I did not receive my check, and they told me to wait longer. Foolish of me for believing them, I waited. This happened a total of six times. They constantly gave excuses and wasted my time. In my last attempt to resolve the issue with the company, I spoke to the supervisor, Christian (15331) and he said just about the same things. I waited for all the time they told me to wait, and i still did not get my check. This is unfair. When they are the ones asking for the deposit, i do my part and give it to them very quickly, but they seem to fail to do the same for me. Please give me information as to what I can do, or kindly redirect me to people who might be of assistance. Thanks again for your time.""

You (your company ) always tell the same lie "aaa the check didnt come let me quickly send another one" youre wasting my time and money. You did this many times on the phone. This isnt fair at all. When youre collecting the money, you do it instantly with credit or debit cards, but when returning it, you waste time with checks, and dont even send them! I wonder how many people you have done this to in America, where you dont pay people on time or at all! Companies like yours needs to have their licenses taken away. You are putting people in bad situations.

In July, i rented a 20602 gulf get webster Texas public storage. When the hurricane happened, all the stored items were damaged. After this i applied for insurance. The insurance company that I was directed to by the storage company was Orange Door. They still didnt pay for the damages. They always embroider me. Never trust this public storage and orange door.
