If you care about ethical business practices, do NOT switch to sprint. I was with T-mobile for 7 years and switched to avoid increases in data plan rates. Worst mistake. For 2 months in a row I made arrangements to move my automatic drafts to the 1st and for 2 months they erroneously withdrew money a week early. After accruing $35 in fees the second time, I asked them what they were going to do to fix their errors. They agreed to credit back my payment, but in 3-5 business days, which did NOTHING to help my financial situation. They made no effort to credit the $35 penalty, and no effort to keep me as a customer, after speaking with 4 different representatives over 2 hours, which I don't think I've ever had to do. T-Mobile has terrible coverage, but at least they 'care' about doing right by their customers. Now I'm stuck in a lease (after having traded in a perfectly good iPhone 6 to avoid an installment plan and thus a lease!) And they are refusing to take back the phones and cancel a lease that I'm not even supposed to be on. I just want to be done with what is, in my experience, the worst mobile phone company with the worst customer service, and I have no options here.
