I searched a fare from Kayak.com and found the best one on eDreams. I made the purchase from eDreams, but when the airline issued the ticket, part of it was in a different booking class than the original one. This was due to error from eDreams. Their customer service was miserable. I finally reached out to Kayak. They helped me and eDreams refunded the fare difference. Thank you Kayak and thank you eDreams for resolving this issue.

Tip for consumers:
Kayak customer service may be able to help with issue on other vendors one accesses from Kayak's website.

I can happily report that eDreams has refunded me $400 ($386 plus $16 as cost of wire tx) after I requested Kayak.com customer service to help me. Thank you Kayak and I appreciate eDreams finally correcting their mistake.

Tip for consumers:
If you accessed eDreams via Kayak and had trouble, then Kayak may be able to help if eDreams customer service fails you.

I am sorry if this review is too late for some users.
There should really be a 'no star' category.
I made a business class booking from Islamabad to San Antonio. I searched on Kayak and then went to Edreams from Kayak. Edreams confirmed the ticket and charged me the amount shown on the website. However, when British Airways issued the ticket, two long segments of the 6 leg journey (from Chicago to London and London to Islamabd) were in economy class. I contacted Edreams approx. 7 times and spoke to different agents incl. Samuel, Joshti, Agarawal, and others. Each had a different excuse. One said it is their error but they can't correct it, or reimburse me. One asked me submit an online form, only to receive a reply that I need to call them. One even asked me to call them at 1 am! The travel was on April 1,2021 and return on April 11,2021. But to no avail. Just a run around. Customer service was a wasted time, money (overseas call) and effort (nearly 7 hours). I don't have to tell others what to do, they can decide for themselves. The company did not honor their own booking, what more can I say except that I am grateful they did not send to some wrong destination.

Tip for consumers:
You can decide on your own. They did not issue me the ticket they agreed to. Customer service acknowledged the error, but did not correct it.
