I made a business class booking from Islamabad to San Antonio. I searched on Kayak and then went to Edreams from Kayak. Edreams confirmed the ticket and charged me the amount shown on the website. However, when British Airways issued the ticket, two long segments of the 6 leg journey (from Chicago to London and London to Islamabd) were in economy class. I contacted Edreams approx. 7 times and spoke to different agents incl. Samuel, Joshti, Agarawal, and others. Each had a different excuse. One said it is their error but they can't correct it, or reimburse me. One asked me submit an online form, only to receive a reply that I need to call them. One even asked me to call them at 1 am! The travel was on April 1,2021 and return on April 11,2021. But to no avail. Just a run around. Customer service was a wasted time, money (overseas call) and effort (nearly 7 hours). I don't have to tell others what to do, they can decide for themselves. The company did not honor their own booking, what more can I say except that I am grateful they did not send to some wrong destination.
