I bought a bag from this website and it arrived today. One of the bag's handles is damaged, also a few stains on the outer side of the bag, all of them not disclosed by the seller on the pictures she posted. I would like to return it but there is no way to click return even though I followed all the instruction on how to return it. It only gives me the option to "Relist" if I dislike what I bought. I don't want to sell this damaged bag. I should have read the reviews before I bought. The chat box is closed since last month, so we can not chat with the admin. I emailed them twice, and sent the pictures of the damages. My last hope is to dispute the charge with my CC.
