Pretty straightforward. I placed an order on 1/8 for 1 filter. I received a confirmation email shortly thereafter that stated "Every in-stock order received by 2pm EST ships the same day." As of 1/14 I still hadn't received an email confirmation that the item had shipped. Upon calling the customer service line, I was told the item was on back order, placed on hold for several minutes, and then told it was going to be out of stock for at least the next few days. Customer service rep couldn't commit to when they'd definitively have the item, much less when/whether I'd receive it. Pricing was good, which was why I ordered via their site. You get what you pay for (except for when you don't get it at all).
