They require automatic subscription renewal and if you need to cancel the subscription and don't do it before it renews, they will not credit the charge to you. My elderly mother could no longer use this service; I cancelled it last year (they state they have no record). They charged her again this year and I called immediately to cancel the service When I tried to get them to credit the charge because she has not and is not able to use the service, they refused. They do not care if a member has become ill and cannot use the service. Once they charge it, it's a done deal and they keep your money.
