My fiancé took our whole family here to propose to me our first time they gave us the wrong table n people were walking over my baby as he was down on one knee. After speaking to Joe he has us to return and gave us free meals champagne and dessert to compensate for the mix up the first time around the second time was awesome Joe made is feel like we were the only ones their we had a great time. He apologized for the mishap during the first reservations and made up for the fort time I will definitely be returning for some more garlic steak great for intimate gatherings and my fiancé and I go here regularly


I absolutely love Gibson's steak house Zach our waiter is always a pleasure great service food drinks my fiancé and I go either to Chicago's cut Gibson's Fogo and if we don't have any other place we will stop by Morton's for date Nite and Gibson's by far is the best


We decided on a 30,000 budget for rings went all over Illinois Albert's in Indiana Jewelry exchange etc and I didn't find anything I loved went to Jared and they acted like we were in the wrong store so we took our $ elsewhere went to Orland and decided to stop in jbr zales and Kay I finally found a ring I LOVE 6ct but I wanted my ring to be 10 sobwe picked out 2 two carat bands to go with we also got my fiance two bands from there as well the quality is excellent diamonds are beautiful only problem I went in for the inspection and they told me since I didn't bring all the paperwork from5 bands they couldn't inspect them this aggravated me we came home and literally couldn't find the paperwork for one band we went back it was another lady she politely printed me another and inspected our rings why the first lady didn't do that is beyond me oh and they tried to say one of my bands wasn't from zales and we had just got my last band on 9-1 and it was 9-16 when we went in I don't appreciate being told I'm lying and I didn't have to its not like I was getting money back I just wanted to abide by their inspection policy so in short my first experience was excellent second not so much but I will buy from them again


Went into dealership to look for our son his first vehicle. They were on us as soon as we parked typical dealership we looked and saw a great car paid 13,000+ cash left come time for his 3 mo service inspection the battery failed they accused us of putting different tires on the car and we haven't changed anything when I contacted the salesman he just sent me an email saying call him why not call me I didn't have a problem when they took my cash now I'm making repairs on a car that supposedly passed all prior inspection do your homework and take a mechanic with you Rami was great until there was a problem will not buy another car here ever!


My neighborhood store is basic nothing spectacular but I did find things for my 2-3 yr old nephews any older they do not have anything to interest older children. Big change when I was a child many years ago I loved this store I took my 11yr old there she looked like this stuff is for babies usually only has one checkout which is horrible when they are busy


Went for date Nite last week decided to give them a second chance and we wish we stayed home. We were almost in the couples lap at the table next to us they were commenting on our conversation it just wasn't what you expect from Mortons this is the reason we stopped going to begin with. No better this time and dinner was well over 600 if you don't mind being in close quarters with others this is the place for you if you want intimate try Gibson's


Omg! Run do not walk they are unorganized they over book appointments. Their customer service skills are non existent I purchased my gown and bridesmaids dresses and accessories from them when it was time to pick the items up we had no shoes I called the store and customer service mind you this is in July I just got the shoes a week ago and its October they have several brides waiting in dresses 15+ minutes before the consultant returns had my wedding date wrong and had my alterations appointment a week before my wedding it took me 3 months of contacting them before they offered me 10% off the shoes I ordered three months ago really called customer service back the representative kept calling me BOO like she knew me I spent 4,000 and all they offered for their horrible service is 140.00 back its not the money its the principal we brides put our confidence in a company and after they get their money they don't care I will never shop here again and I would advise other brides to look elsewhere while I was there 30 minutes no one ever acknowledged me and after dragging this out so long you would think they would have been more appeasing to me but no they have their money so that's it they couldn't find the bell so my say yes moment was ruined there were women in there when I got my dress who were picking their dresses up and they were dirty and torn and they were the wrong size and they were told they ordered new dresses the undergarments they provide for brides to try on the gowns were filthy I refused to put them on so I'm not gona go on and on but I've been trying to warn other brides so their experience isn't ruined as mine washope this helps someone also if you do decide to try them ask for Neva she was excellent just overworked


Ordered all of my wedding items from stemware to personalized items we had to order two extra sets of champagne flutes because the original ones broke as we were taking them out to inspect them


Clothes will not fit no matter what size you order


Im a frequent customer of Ashley and as a bride to be ordered several outfits and dresses from them I ordered the perfect dress for my bridal shower when I got it the zipper was broken and it was torn I immediately called customer service and was told since my affair is so close and they want me to be able to wear the dress so they offered me 9.00 to go and have it repaired really like all my other reviews state once the companies receive their money they no longer care about the customers I took the dress to cleaners and it will cost 25 for zipper and 12 to Repair the rip so 9.00 didn't help and they act like they are really doing you a service
