Got tickets to 2 online events. Never got the links to attend. The site only has FAQ's to handle problems ie. No support ticket to fill out when other problems exist. For example, they do not have any info when the organizers do NOT respond. The only email address they provide is for the sales department...who took about 4 days to respond to my issue. WHICH they said, "Thank you for reaching out to Eventbrite! This email address is only monitored for new Sales inquiries. However, please know that our team and our self-service resources are here to help!" If this website is for events, wouldn't they like to know if organizers are not providing the events? Is this site a scam?

As a LONGTIME CUSTOMER... I am sharing what I learned... hoping it will help someone.
1. Make sure you have 7 days and at least 3 hours a day to complete your domain renewal.
2. Be prepared to speak with at least 3 customer service representatives. You may be cutoff or line dropped and you will not receive a call back.
3. You will not receive notification that your account was debited until it is debited.
4. Once your account is debited, you cannot cancel. Do not ask for a refund. It is too late. And you will not receive it. ONLY in special circumstances might you receive one.
5. If you do not have a GODADDY coupon sent FROM GODADDY, do not ask for the 30% discount. Be prepared to be told over and over again (hours worth) about how online coupons workand in my case did not work.
6. Do not ask for anything. You will not get it UNTIL you decide to call and cancel your domain. (BECAUSE you can TRANSFER YOUR DOMAIN TO ANOTHER COMPANY if you do it within 30 days of domain expiration.) When you cancel with GODADDY, you will get whatever you want INCLUDING THE 30% DISCOUNT COUPONS FROM GODADDY which will come in the mail.)

SOLUTION: Find another domain renewal company immediately. Call and cancel your domain with GODADDY. Ask for them for a transfer authorization code. Be vigilant and track the transfer process in your account to speed along the transfer process.

Find another domain renewal company! I paid $7.39 with a coupon:)

Got the 1 month free, The typical come-on i. E. NOTHING IS FOR FREE. Couldn't access Hulu after the month BUT WAS CHARGED! Called, asked for the refund and to check that I CANCELLED THE SUBSCRIPTION. Refused to give me the month that I did not use. Asked for supervisor, put on hold for 25 minutes, hung up after I remembered that American Express will dispute the charge. Sure enough... GOT CREDIT immediately from AE! AGAIN... NOTHING IS FREE... I kept thinking of the many people that do not check/reconcile their statements and would not catch the error.

I have been an eBay seller for about 10 years. I decided to send items that I sell on ebay to this company to see if it would be more profitable. I made the BIG mistake of sending three HUGE bags (approx. 10 -15 lbs each) instead a few items to test the service out. I sent designer shoes, leather jackets (EUC), new with tags clothes, purses, cute skirts. They took 4 items from one bag; and 1 item each from the other two bags. I got back $19.49. REALLY…
The CEO of the company emailed me for feedback because "he cared." I responded with what I wrote above. He forwarded my response to another staff person who obviously had no clue what to do with my feedback. AND then sent two additional emails to me asking if I was happy with the response I got from her. NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE. I can only hope that they donated my items to a woman's shelter because I will not do business with this company again.
