Note the ages of the other reviews. Something must have happened to them to fall apart so badly, as my more recent experiences show:

The first two years were fine. The second year, they sent a bill, I paid it, they sent a bill, I paid it, they sent a bill, I sent evidence I paid, they said ignore the automated messages... this went on for months. In the end I paid twice what was billed. Then my access to my e-mail stopped, bad certificate. I asked them to check the certificate, they told me to change my password. I said I can't get to the cpanel, there's a certificate error, I provided evidence, they told me they could get in fine, lol, whatever. Their entire tech support department should be fired. DO NOT USE HOSTLATTE! Find a service that provides what it advertises.

Addendum:
Here is a typical exchange, they tell me to clear my cache, I do so, they ignore it and insult me.

Additionally, they have been harassing and threatening me, because I posted reviews. All I am asking from them now is to terminate my service, and they behaving that way. Be warned.
