I been calling since mid February 2021 but no1 is assisting me. I paid up my account and I I forwarded my paid up letter to contact center so that my my account can be updated at credit bureau. I been calling everyday so that I can speak to the manager I was told the manager will call me. Agents are rude and customer service is very poor
Tip for consumers: Dont open an account at homechoice just do cash payment to avoid stress
