Their customer service literally are ignorant especially Olga as she has no clue how to solve any issue with customers! She doesn't bother if simple issue took weeks until get it solved and she has no flexibility to find alternative better solution to expedite solve it whooo how crazy are they! Please stay away from those people as their system is garbage and make very simple things more complicated! Not trustworthy place as they have no experience! I think Crutchfield management should replace their customer service to get a better reputation.

My advice is to STAY AWAY from this poor company! As they became one of the worst forwarding companies if not the worst ever if I'm not mistaken. Well they offer a budget economy & budget express service for reasonable fees, I just tried the former with my previous shipments, but the experience was quite bad unfortunately since when my stuffs arrived here I just waited a couple more weeks to smell them on my doorstep WTH! This is ridiculous! & then in the next orders I switched to express service it was good & reliable indeed. The last order was in late May this year I've requested to process a shipment via express service but as usual it took more than 24 hours to finish packing request which actually was about a couple small stuffs don't take indeed more than an hour! Imagine? Thereafter I got a massage that they have finished packing request and it is ready for shipping. The charge amount was for express service, since then I went through the tracking number to check it out, WTH?! It was economy service (the slowest poor ever) through SMSA what the hell MYUS! I just detected that by myself by the way even though the charge amount as previously stated for express shipping however they still insist that the order was processed via express choice! Well I can say they're LITERALLY A BUNCH OF SCAMMERS & THIEVES! So if you paid for fast shipping you'll be ended up getting an economy shipping service instead! See how greedy they are, one more thing I forgot to mention out is that they became the slowest ever forwarding company in shipping process time as you're gonna have to wait at least 4 or 5 days (or sometimes more) to hand your package over to carrier WTH? In comparison to another forwarding company as FishisFast which their orders don't take a few hours as well as they work the whole week 24 hours nonstop that's impressive. On the other hand working days for MYUS are only 5 days 6 to 8 hours maximum! So if your shipment has delivered on Friday don't expect them to process your order before the next Monday OMG how slow they are! Besides that their customer service have no clue how to deal with issues or if something went wrong don't expect them to support or solve it because they know nothing. The aforementioned statement does express their truth. CUSTOMERS BE AWARE! Those people are literally thieves and scammers if you ship precious items worth of hundred dollars to their warehouse they'll definitely steal it no way & won't give you any compensation therefore when you escalate your matter to their management who are the rudest people I ever seen for sure they're gonna close your account! See how scummy they are and also a buyer protection phrase is not exist with their policy this means if they lost your items or got any problems you have to waive your right. Besides that their customer service have no clue how to deal with customers & lack the necessary experience, sometimes they rudely reply as their CEO & don't bother whatsoever! As previously stated if you get an issue with your items they won't or can't help you at all since they know nothing. In addition their shipping fees are incredibly quite expensive more than 3 or 4 times of the actual carrier prices if you directly deal with them! They will scam you by offering a free storage for six months & some other services for free or low price to mislead you because in fact when you pay for shipping fees you actually paid for these free services that they are claiming plus triple the price of the original. So if you'd like to make sure of that just go directly to carriers' website and use their calculator to compare the prices by yourself. Guys the aforementioned statement is a brotherly advice it's up to you if love to stay or leave.
