Slip Silk is an untrustworthy company. I wanted to exchange a mask and was told it was final sale. However, when you check their returns and refunds page, there is absolutely NO mention that masks are final sale. When you check out, there is also no notice that masks are final sale. I notified customer service about this and they said that it says this under the products. What comes next is absolutely laughable. They send me a link with the description where it says masks are final sale - written in tiny print all the way underneath a long paragraph that isnt visible to the consumer. But, what's worse is that this line was added after I brought up to customer service that no where on the site does it state masks are final sale. The sentence that states masks are final was added in quickly where there was a missing space between the punctuation and next sentence. Clearly it was added so quickly that there wasn't time for an editor to catch it. This made it painfully obvious that the sentence was inserted ASAP just to show "proof" that the website shows masks are final sale. Now listen, I may have given Slip the benefit of the doubt, but absolutely not after this. I posted on their Instagram twice that I was dissatisfied with their customer service and Slip deleted both of my comments in a sly attempt to hide any discontent from potential customers. This demonstrated to me that this company will absolutely go to far lengths to preserve their image and being right in every situation. I feel disrespected and was looking forward to purchasing more products from this company, but I will absolutely not. Just know that if you buy from here, they will not be happy to service the customer in the best way possible and are only looking for their own image and profits. Slip knows how to pull a fast one and is absolutely an untrustworthy company. Don't bother buying with them and find yourself better products on Amazon without the headache. I understand the logic why masks would be final sale, but it would have been nice to convey this more visibly and not offer cheap attempts to close out the customer complaint such as adding in a sentence so obviously after the fact in a rush. It further disgusts me that Slip deletes any disatisfied comments on their social media because they're so invested in being "perfect" and would certainly do anything to prove they are right, not the customer. A simple apology and an offer to give a discount or free mask for all this incovenience would have been sufficient, but they are not interested in retaining customers once a purchase has been made. It's all about the initial purchase so they can grab your money and then you are disregarded as a client.
