I purchased the package under the understanding that I had 30 days to decide if it was working for me. After about 15 days I decided that it's simply was not what I was looking for. So I emailed customer service just as they say on their website and no response. Then I tried to contact them through Facebook no success. I tried to email them again and still nothing. It's been about one and a half or two months since I purchased and I have had no response. I spent over $100 being misled that I had a chance to try it out and it was a flat out lie. Horrible company taking advantage of customers. Stay away
