The claim to have a phone number but it only gives a recording telling you to email them and they'll respond within 8 buisness hours. After two weeks I finally got an email telling me they had been "on vacation" for two weeks, just got back and mailed my order that morning. 10 days later, I still don't have my order and now they are not responding to my emails again. This website should be investigated. I've been ripped off and will have to file a complaint with my credit card company and try to get my money back that way. Beware of this apparent Mom-Pop operation!
